- Recruitment 社团招新HEY! This is Wlsa City Club CTC and we are going to host a offline Urban Orienting Comptetition on March 12th!✨ What is Urban Orienting / WCR? Urban Orienting is an activity to travel around a part of our city, following the instructions from the clues to work out different challenges ASAP. Our comptetion *Wlsa City Rush* was inspired by the American show *The Amazing Race* and the NGO “City Run Project” (you can check it from baidu). In other words, to attend WCR, you need to be a team of 2 people both between G9-G12. You will get a clue first. After finishing the challenge on the club, you will get another one to point out where to go next. There will also be "Roadblock Clue" that requires only one of the team member to compete and "Detour Clue" that requires you to choose from 2 places / challenges. Specific rules will be posted later in our wechat platform "wlsa_ctc", About WCR S1... THEME: The Arbor Day! The comp will start about 9:30 from the tropical exhibition greenhouse 2 in Shanghai Botanical Garden. For fairness & environment protection, this time we will ban the using of bikes & taxis. Each team will be equipped with a staff to follow, take photos and determine whether you finish the challenges (sometimes). Also, social media is not allowed to use except for required. The comptetion will finish early in since we will have class next day (Monday). Cost: Around 40 yuan/person.
